About this job...
Nosco is looking for a Sheeter Operator on third shift at our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility.
As an employee owner in this position, you will provide support to the production area by coordinating and sheeting substrate materials for the value stream. Follow the direction of shift production leads to provide any support needed throughout the entire value stream. This role ensures effective manufacturing support by keeping all paper substrates and staged for production.
In this role, you will...
  • Achieve the highest level of effectiveness through maintaining production materials at the Assets.
  • Provide support with assigned tasks and perform tasks unsupervised to increase overall productivity.
  • Continue to complete ancillary equipment training and further knowledge base through initiative and good constructive behavior.
  • Participate in good communication with shift production lead. Follows direction for task assignments and remains attentive to changing requirements in a highly productive environment.

  • Knowledge of printing and tools necessary to process jobs within specifications.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to see and differentiate paper with substrates.
  • Commit to good attendance and function with good, team-building behavior while operating within Nosco's policies and procedures
  • Physical requirements: Twisting, turning, squeezing, grasping, reaching, reaching over equipment, kneeling, crawling, pulling, extended periods of standing, ability to lift 50 pounds.
