SUMMARY: Site Manager manages the local customer relationship and performs the daily duties at BlackHawk Industrial's customer locations.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Issue product from Tool Crib
  • Enter customer orders
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Reviewdaily KPI
  • Cycle count and inventory review
  • Customer meetings and relationship management
  • Vending,stockingand maintenance, when applicable
  • Respond to commonly occurring problems/situations for which standards, procedures or precedents exist
  • Perform hands-on tasks, primarily using trade or computer hardware, software,databaseand data processing


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge or ERP system
  • Knowledge of supporting software systems
  • Basic knowledge of hardware devices, vending machine
  • Industrial product knowledge, competent, MRO and industrial tooling
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • No direct supervisory responsibility


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diplomaor GEDrequired
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2yearsofexperiencein a similar positionrequired
  • 2-4 years ofexperience preferred


WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • This roleoperatesin an active work environment where employees may be exposed to certain conditions either on an ongoing basis or periodically. These conditions can include moderate to loud noise levels in an industrial setting, and varying temperatures. Schedule flexibility may berequiredbased on customer needs.
  • The position requires regular communication in English and the ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands and fingers to handle, feel, andoperatetools, equipment, or controls for extended periods of time. Reaching with hands and arms is alsorequired. Employees will routinely use computers and other workplace technology.
  • This rolefrequentlyinvolves lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. The ability to perform close-vision tasks and clearly focus vision is necessary tosafely and effectively carry out job responsibilities.


PPE REQUIRED:

  • Eye protection, ear protection, and as required bycustomer, steel-toedshoesand head protection
