Job description

Seda North America is seeking a Machine Operator for 2nd shift to join our team!  

Seda North America is an air conditioned, exceptionally clean facility that designs and produces innovative paper packaging solutions, which include unique insulated coffee cups and food industry containers. You will be operating high-speed production equipment to manufacture the cups and containers while meeting customer standards for quality, efficiency and safety.

Starting Pay is $22/hr + a $1.00/hr shift premium

 Specific Duties:

  • Keep machines supplied with materials (paper, labels, boxes, etc)
  • Carry out quality checks every 30 minutes
  • Use of pushcarts or pallet jacks as needed
  • Record and maintain data related to production
  • Report manufacturing problems if they occur

Qualifications/ Physical Demands

  • Prior machine operating and/or manufacturing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or other certification a plus
  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lb weight unassisted and remain on feet standing and walking for 8-hour shift
