3rd Shift 11pm-7am

Pay $18.00-$22.00 hr plus $0.75 shift differential

We’re looking for a skilled Machine Operator to run our Sheeter machine and ensure high-quality sheeted products are produced safely and on time. This role involves machine operation, quality checks, basic maintenance, and occasional cross-training in other areas. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take pride in precision and safety, we want to hear from you!


What You’ll Do:

  • Operate the Sheeter machine with minimal supervision to cut material into sheeted products.
  • Perform visual inspections and preventive maintenance on the machine.
  • Set machine parameters, feed material, and pack pallets according to production orders.
  • Print and apply production ID labels; stage finished pallets for storage.
  • Monitor product quality throughout the process and follow all quality guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area; change blades and report maintenance issues as needed.
  • Operate forklifts and hoists to move raw materials and finished goods.
  • Use computer systems for data entry and reviewing work orders.
  • Assist with SOP creation, inventory entry, and cross-training in other roles.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of machine operator/manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Forklift certification/experience preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and adapt to changing demands.
  • Basic math and computer skills; ERP experience preferred.
  • Safety-conscious and willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Physically able to lift up to 130 lbs occasionally and perform repetitive tasks.

Work Environment:

  • Manufacturing setting with exposure to heat, noise, dust, and machinery.
  • PPE required (safety glasses, steel-toe boots, ear protection).
  • Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the facility.
