Job Description:

About the Role:
The primary function of this position is to operate and monitor the sheeter and conveyor system, fill feeders and perform quality checks on crackers according to specific formulas in a timely manner, observing safety regulations, ensuring GMP and quality standards are met and maintain the efficient flow of product through the production process. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Obtain the appropriate supplies (i.e. salt) with a cart from staging areas and position them to the station.
Open bags of ingredients and scoop out onto the feeders. Fill hoppers as required.
Monitor sheeter, topping hopper, dough levels, conveyor system and communicate with mixers/oven operators, ensure line speed and controls are running according to product specification.
Perform quality checks to specific formulas every hour as required.
Assist with changeovers, end of run and set-ups as required, assist oven operators when needed.

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 3rd shift, which operates Sunday through Friday from 9:00 pm on Sunday night (11:00 pm during the week) to 7:00 am each day.

About You:

Knowledge and experience working Bake End operations, including oven operation, dough mixing as asset.
Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English and have a good grasp of basic math/measuring skills.
Ability to handle the physically demanding nature of the position.
