Provide services and support as a Program Manager [Business Analytics Support: HR Technology Ecosystem, And Enterprise-Wide Decision-Making Capabilities Enhancement] in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as National Science Foundation (NSF | OCHCO / OCIO) | Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) / Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Generally Located In Alexandria, VA (Hybrid) and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Working Hybrid On/Off Client Site.

Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

SharePoint Online Customization/SharePoint Online Development: Implement workflow automation, knowledge management solutions, and digital forms leveraging Microsoft Power Platform suite such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and AI Builder.  Implementation of custom SharePoint Online solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Program Manager | Servicenow & Sharepoint Online Development - SharePoint Online Customization/SharePoint Online Development [NSF0069069]

Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

SharePoint Online Customization/SharePoint Online Development: Implement workflow automation, knowledge management solutions, and digital forms leveraging Microsoft Power Platform suite such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and AI Builder.  Implementation of custom SharePoint Online solutions.  Program Manager Candidates work to facilitate SharePoint Development delivering ServiceNow & SharePoint Online Development - SharePoint Online Customization/SharePoint Online Development through Lead SharePoint delivery | manage stakeholders | ensure success.  Further, they Oversee SharePoint development, manage teams, ensure performance and delivery.
