Position Title:    SharePoint Analyst
Location:            Tysons Corner, VA
Clearance:          Due to the nature of this government contract, U.S. Citizenship is required. Must be able to obtain a Public Trust.

NEOSTEK, Inc. is seeking a skilled SharePoint Analyst to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business and technical analysis, functional testing, SharePoint Online configuration, and stakeholder collaboration.  Additional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and solution prototyping is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate user stories for clarity, completeness, and alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Lead collaborative meetings with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
  • Perform technical analysis in partnership with development teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful implementation.
  • Validate completed user stories against defined acceptance criteria through functional and system testing.
  • Execute various testing methodologies to identify defects, verify functionality, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions that support organizational business processes.
  • Develop functional prototypes and recommend platform enhancements to improve business operations.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, functional specifications, and user guidance for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams to support solution implementation, configuration, and continuous process improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience performing systems analysis, business analysis, or functional testing activities.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, gathering requirements, and managing stakeholder communications.
  • Hands-on experience designing, configuring, and supporting SharePoint Online solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with federal RIM modernization programs.
  • Background in Information Governance.
  • Experience supporting multi-year federal contracts.
