Job description


The Engineering Systems Specialist will support, maintain, and enhance the engineering systems and tools that drive our product development and innovation efforts. This role bridges the gap between engineering, IT, and operations, ensuring that our design tools, data systems, and workflows function efficiently and effectively. Provides technical support and administration for engineering department in many areas and applications (examples include: Windchill, Decisions, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite, etc.). Makes recommendation of applications to be used for engineering systems. Performs installation, configuration and maintenance for end-users of systems. Authors technical manuals, specifications, training, service requests and standard operating procedures in relation to department systems and operations. Manages private consultants involved with customizing, configuring, implementing and administering various software applications that are utilized by the department.
