Location: Houston, TX

Job Summary

We are looking for a strong FileNet Migration Solution Lead Architect with hands-on experience in IBM FileNet and SharePoint Online migration projects. This person will lead technical design, define migration strategy, work with business and technical teams, and drive end-to-end migration execution.

The ideal candidate should have architecture experience, migration expertise, and be comfortable leading enterprise-scale content migration projects.

Required Skills / Must Have:

Strong experience with IBM FileNet P8

Strong experience with SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365

Experience in FileNet to SharePoint migration projects

Experience with migration tools:

  • ShareGate
  • AvePoint
  • Metalogix

Solution Architecture experience

Experience creating HLD / LLD and architecture diagrams

Strong stakeholder communication skills
