Investor Services Associate GP Fund Solutions

As an Investor Services Associate GPFS, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional services and building lasting investor relationships.

What You'll Do:

  • Enter and maintain non-financial data accurately, sourced from original documentation.
  • Process updates and revisions to investor and investment non-financial information as needed.
  • Coordinate and/or prepare monthly reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and GPFS team members to resolve open items, clarify requests, and provide timely status updates.
  • Upload and manage documents, as well as create campaigns within industry-specific online portals, collaborating with internal teams to ensure proper timing and completion.
  • Support and review projects related to client requests or internal operational goals.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain initial CRM data based on original documentation.
  • Extract and input data into standardized templates and internal systems with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and completeness.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 0+ years of administrative or other related experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
