With over 5,000 acres in DFW, Billingsley has built 5 million SF of Commercial space, 550,000 SF of Retail, 9 million SF of Industrial, and over 10,000 units of Multi-Family.
Billingsley Company has an exciting opportunity for a Web & Digital Marketing Specialist to support our commercial and multifamily portfolio. This role owns the digital presence of every Billingsley property, spanning website performance and paid search to SEO, digital advertising, analytics, and Internet Listing Service (ILS) management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences that drive qualified traffic, leasing performance, and brand awareness.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Website Management
• Build, maintain, and optimize all Billingsley commercial and multifamily websites, ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.
• Manage website launches for new developments, lease-up communities, and redevelopment projects.
• Conduct regular website audits to ensure functionality, mobile responsiveness, ADA compliance, and overall user experience.
• Maintain project timelines, status reports, and website update trackers.
Paid Search & Digital Advertising
• Manage paid search (Google Ads) campaigns across multiple properties to maximize performance and return on investment.
• Plan, create, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display, retargeting, geofencing, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Support lease-up marketing initiatives through website launches, landing pages, and digital advertising campaigns.
SEO & Organic Visibility
• Develop and implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website visibility, keyword rankings, and organic traffic.
• Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for all communities and commercial properties.
ILS & Listing Management
• Manage relationships with Internet Listing Services (ILS) including Apartments.com, Zillow, Apartment List, Rent., and other advertising partners to ensure listing accuracy and performance.
Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and other reporting platforms.
• Prepare and distribute recurring digital marketing reports highlighting website traffic, campaign performance, lead generation, and key performance metrics.
Strategy & Collaboration
• Research competitors by identifying marketing trends, messaging, advertising strategies, and digital opportunities.
• Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, AI technology, SEO best practices, and advertising platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to support digital initiatives, website content updates, and online marketing campaigns.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Advanced knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and paid search strategies and execution; Google Ads Certification preferred.
• Experience managing Google Ads campaigns and optimizing digital advertising performance across multiple properties.
• Understanding and experience with commercial email marketing platforms and/or marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with marketing analytics, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and website reporting tools.
• Knowledge of WordPress, Squarespace, or similar content management systems, including building, maintaining, and updating websites.
• Experience managing multiple websites, landing pages, and coordinating website updates with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Experience working with Internet Listing Services (ILS), website providers, and digital marketing vendors.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
• Proficient in marketing and advertising terms, digital marketing strategies, and campaign optimization.
• Proficient in web content optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), and website best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for optimization.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing deadlines, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in one or more Adobe Creative Suite products (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.
• Solutions-oriented, digital-savvy thinker who partners closely with internal teams, vendors, and leadership to bring innovative ideas that support leasing, marketing, and business objectives.
