Carolina, an OFS company, is seeking a Trainer for their Sewing department. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and efficiency of our sewing staff. This role requires a strong background in sewing techniques and the ability to effectively communicate and teach others.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for sewing staff, focusing on various techniques and best practices
  • Provide hands-on training and guidance on industrial sewing machines and equipment operation
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback, encouraging continuous improvement and skill enhancement
  • Collaborate with managers to identify areas for training and development

REQUIRED SKILLS
