Office & Client Coordinator Full Job Description

The Sewing Loft is a boutique drapery workroom crafting custom window treatments and soft furnishings for residential and designer clients throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. ✓ Lead clients through design decisions — treatment style, fabric selection, and installation planning

✓ Build and nurture strong relationships with interior designers and retail clients

✓ Manage ordering and tracking of fabric, hardware, and project materials

✓ Use workroom software to input quotes, manage projects, and keep everything on track

✓ Support day-to-day office operations and help the team stay on schedule
