Job Overview: A Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment. They ensure equipment runs efficiently, monitor production for quality control, and perform routine maintenance or troubleshooting as needed. Machine Operators must follow safety protocols and production guidelines to meet company standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to assembly, packaging, and machine operating
  • Review work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
  • Perform visual inspection of parts and complete quality check sheets as required
  • Problem solve any discrepancies
  • Other related duties as required

Qualifications:

  • We're looking for candidates who have the foundation to succeed - whether you're an experienced operator or more entry level and ready to develop your skills. We will train the right person!
  • Accurately work with calipers, squares, gauges, protractors, and other measuring tools
  • Have good math ability and problem solving skills
  • Read and interpret blueprints efficiently
  • Perform physical actions which may include frequent bending, twisting, reaching, walking, consistent standing, and the ability to lift/carry and push/pull objects
