Be a part of our dynamic team as we plan, develop, manage, and execute a variety of Systems Engineering & Technical Advisory (SETA) tasks working side-by-side with our government customers and industry partners. You will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects from concept generation to acquisition and engineering, through capability delivery, integration and transition to operations while exploring new technologies, software, hardware, and tools. Help support the acquisition, management, design, review and even test of small to large systems, both new and legacy.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Serve as a Systems Engineering & Technical Advisory (SETA) Contractor to our Government customers on a wide range of program tasks, to include oversight, support, and advisement of technical programs.
  • Assist in the planning, creation, review, coordination, and monitoring of various programmatic artifacts to include program plans, acquisition-related documents and data, analysis, schedules, and risks.
  • Using a holistic approach, design, develop, evaluate, and modify end-to-end systems and system-oriented products through their entire life cycle.
  • Translate high-level product development strategies into system requirement specifications, and work with multi-discipline engineering teams to develop lower-level detailed requirements that comply with customer standards.
  • Review test plans and procedures to ensure they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements, participate in the testing process to validate requirements, and even witness customer acceptance testing.
  • Learn the latest digital engineering tools and concepts, like Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), in order to create a digital ecosystem that powers interoperability and enterprise integration at a whole new level.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in data management to recommend innovative solutions and tools for better data handling.
  • Explore emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Dive into cloud engineering concepts and implementation approaches that will solve the Government's data storage, latency and resiliency objectives.
  • Develop familiarity with agile methodologies, principles, practices, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe), and tools including Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications
  • **Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with poly**
  • Requires BS 2-4 Years, MS 0-2 or HS 8-10
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, schedule, and accomplish a wide variety of tasks with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving, organization, analysis, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively collaborate in cross-functional and customer teams
  • Responsive to user needs and requirements with the ability to produce recommendations and results in a timely manner
  • Ability to combine technologies and develop plans, processes, and recommend solutions to solve problems
  • Polished written and oral communicator, with the ability to develop various products in multiple formats, and lead and capture technical discussions and outcomes
  • Candidates will conduct independent research, pursue technical certifications, and directly support various projects while awaiting clearance

Equal Pay Act
This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield invests in its employees beyond just compensation.
