The Opportunity
As Donation Center Operations Manager, you'll turn community generosity into reliable, trackable support for our mission. You will build and run centralized systems for in-kind intake, documentation, inventory visibility, reporting, and internal distribution across programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily donation center operations and workflow
- Implement standardized processes for receiving, sorting, tracking, and distributing goods
- Maintain accurate donor receipts, records, and reports using digital tools
- Coordinate distribution with shelter, housing, dining, and essential needs teams
- Ensure safe, organized storage and movement of donated items
Required qualifications/skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, nonprofit management, operations, logistics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience consisdered
- 3-5 years in operations/logistics/warehouse/retail/nonprofit operations (or related)
- Strong technology proficiency; inventory software experience preferred
- Valid driver's license; ServSafe Food Handler within 90 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in an active, public-facing environment
