JOB DESCRIPTION

FULL-TIME Kitchen Manager – Now Hiring!!

Eggs Up Grill is hiring immediately for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team!

We serve breakfast, brunch, and lunch daily from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM—work with us and enjoy being home in time for dinner.

We’re looking for a strong multitasker with a professional attitude and proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a supervisor, kitchen lead, or manager + Manager ServSafe Certificate.


Position Details:

  • Full-time position (serious applicants only)
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
  • Pay is negotiable based upon experience and skill level


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food according to established recipes
  • Read and manage tickets to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all BOH workstations
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team
  • Manage inventory and place food orders
  • Be able to come in earlier then shift start in the event of morning catering orders
  • Be able to execute all menu items on all grill stations
  • Train and communicate clearly with team members
  • Maintain strong written and verbal communication
