Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage payments by handling cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Maintain cleanliness by wiping down surfaces, cleaning glasses, and keeping the bar area stocked with ice, mixers, and garnishes.
  • Monitor customer needs and respond promptly to requests.
  • Restock supplies and assist in setting up or breaking down the bar area.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, including monitoring for signs of intoxication.
