BluePearl Pet Hospital is opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art specialty and emergency hospital in South Austin, TX, and we're looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician Manager to lead, inspire, and develop our growing team.

Located at 2555 Western Trails Blvd., Austin, TX 78745, our new hospital will provide advanced specialty and emergency care in a collaborative environment where exceptional medicine starts with exceptional leadership.

As a Veterinary Technician Manager, You Will:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Veterinary Technicians and Assistants.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
  • Partner with hospital leadership to ensure exceptional patient care and operational excellence.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for technicians while maintaining advanced technical skills.
  • Coach team members through performance development, training, and ongoing feedback.
  • Help onboard and develop new associates while promoting continued learning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement process improvements.
  • Communicate changes in protocols, policies, and best practices to the team.
