The Opportunity

We are looking for our "Super Bowl quarterback" to step in and run the service department. As our Ford Service Writer/Manager, you will be the key operational driver connecting our customers, field technicians, and administrative operations. This position offers a prime opportunity to make an immediate impact within a tight-knit, family-oriented country dealership backed by 43 years of local success. You will escape the rigid corporate atmosphere while leading service communications in a beautiful South Central location.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Act as the central operational hub and customer liaison, managing service intakes, repair orders, and job scheduling.
  • Lead the service department with high integrity, acting as the quarterback who organizes workflow between office administration and field operations.
  • Translate technical repair requirements into clear, actionable estimates and timelines for residential, commercial, and government clients.
  • Oversee warranty claims, Ford service protocols, and parts coordination to minimize machine downtime and maximize shop throughput.
  • Manage billing, project completion metrics, and client communications to ensure a seamless service experience from drop-off to delivery.
  • Foster positive team morale and mentor administrative and technical staff to maintain peak operational efficiency.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in service writing, service management, or dealership office administration.
  • Proven track record of leadership capability with the drive and personality to quarterback a busy service environment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills paired with high personal integrity.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Position is 100% onsite in Reedsburg, WI with no travel required.
