Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Service Operations Manager
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Compensation: $110,000 - $115,000 Base Salary + 20% Metric Bonus 
Position Summary Are you a licensed plumbing professional with a strong corporate mindset ready to run a multi-million dollar service department? We are seeking a Commercial Plumbing Service Manager to run our regional commercial and industrial plumbing service division. In this position, you will be the absolute owner of the division P&L, driving operational efficiency, technician performance, and revenue growth without ever being expected to turn a wrench in the field. 
Daily Operational Responsibilities
  • Guide daily dispatch coordination and technician utilization to protect labor margins and ensure prompt customer response times. 
  • Review, adjust, and approve all technician-generated quotes for accuracy and scope prior to customer presentation. 
  • Identify, drive, and convert pull-through service and preventive maintenance contracts across our commercial accounts. 
  • Maintain high-level relationships with industrial plumbing clients, serving as the primary point of escalation for service delivery issues. 
  • Support technician licensing and certification progression while managing field performance through regular site checks and ride-alongs. 
  • Oversee all job costing, work order closeouts, and permitting compliance within field software. 
Qualifications Needed
  • 5+ years of commercial and industrial plumbing experience, with a minimum of 2 years spent in a lead, foreman, or supervisory capacity. 
  • An active Journeyman or Master Plumber license. 
  • Demonstrated ability to review financial metrics (revenue, margin, utilization) and translate data into actionable field strategies. 
  • Exceptional communication skills and professional office etiquette.
