  • Educational background in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field

  • At least 5 years' of experience in service planning, maintenance planning, O&M operations, field service coordination, operations planning, or work management

  • Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, work order management, service workflows, resource coordination, and operational reporting

  • Hands-on experience with CMMS, EAM, ERP, or field service management systems, including work order creation, data quality, process adoption, and workflow standardization

  • Experience leading or supporting planning, scheduling, service coordination, maintenance coordination, or operational support teams across multiple sites or regions

  • Exposure to spares coordination, procurement requests, RMA processes, inventory visibility, or service parts management in support of field operations

  • Demonstrated experience improving processes, standardizing workflows, developing SOPs, mapping current/future state processes, or applying Lean Six Sigma / continuous improvement methods
