Responsibilities:
  • Schedule customer service appointments
  • Greeting customers in a professional manner
  • Accurate write-up of customer concerns
  • Convey expected costs and obtain approval for repairs
  • Tracking of the vehicle and communicating progress to the customer
  • Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
  • Performing any additional task assigned by management
