As Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the service department, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations while delivering outstanding customer support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and develop a team of supervisors, technicians, and support staff. Lead and develop future leaders through coaching, mentorship and succession planning.
  • Drive a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead through change and help shape the culture of a new and growing operation.
  • Establish operational processes and service standards for a growing branch.
  • Deliver service performance objectives including productivity, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial results.
  • Partner with sales, parts, and support teams to provide integrated customer solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee development activities.
  • Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation to achieve business objectives.
