Who We're Looking For:
  • Proven leadership experience in service or maintenance, preferably in a large residential setting.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Must have avalid driver's license.
  • Mustlive within a 30-minute commute of the property.
  • HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years of managerial experience at an apartment community of 500 units or more.
