Position: Weekly evening and Saturday– Service Lane Assistant
Location: KIA Chantilly, Chantilly, VA
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 3pm-7pm Monday through Friday and 8am-5pm  

Are you a people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
We are looking for a reliable, outgoing, and customer-focused individual to join our Service team at KIA Chantilly on Saturdays only!

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and assist all incoming customers and vehicles in the Service Lane
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently
  • Help write repair orders, with a focus on New Car Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
  • Manage the loaner fleet – clean, prep, and make loaner vehicle agreements for customers
  • Deliver outstanding customer service all day – you will be the first and last impression for our Saturday guests

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills – you must love talking to customers all day
  • Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy service lane
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person!
