Overview

In this role, you’ll look after a group of client accounts and make sure service is timely, accurate, and helpful. You’ll build trusted relationships with clients, support the renewal process with the production team, and help secure existing business by looking for ways to add more value through extra cover and services. Your work will help keep clients with Gallagher and support account growth.


How you'll make an impact

You’ll manage day to day client service for your assigned accounts, keeping work organised and making sure clients get clear updates and practical support. You’ll work closely with the production team during renewals to help shape the best solution for each client, then help deliver it on time. You’ll also balance service, growth, and margin goals, while building relationships with client contacts, buyers, and internal partners.


About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • 1+ years supervisory experience.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred:

  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.

Behaviors:

  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
  • Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Works in a self-directed manner.
