Job Description:

The Director will administer, plan, direct, and organize the activities of the department; implement action on such information to improve departmental operations; regulate and balance workload; review departmental objectives in accordance to balance with enterprise objectives and expectations; and manage the needs for the department. In addition, the director will direct communication strategies, programs, projects and activities with other departments, outside agencies, stakeholders, EMS state and federal organizations to keep abreast of current information and maintain positive relationships.

Education:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field OR 8 years experience
Preferred: Master's Degree in a related field
Experience:
Required: Minimum seven (7) years of EMS, including minimum three (3) years of management experience in EMS field critical care (ALS service provider)
