the Dealership Group is looking for a Parts & Service Director to manage all Parts and Service functions for its dealerships.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervise a staff of up to 50
• Manage all aspects of the service operation
• Maintain high levels of profitability and customer satisfaction
• Prioritized and scheduled day-to-day service repairs
• Assist with technical issues as needed
• Ensure all contractual requirements are met
• Manage parts inventory
• Ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and control warranty expenses
• Maintain a safe and productive working environment
• Market and parts and service business
Qualifications
• Proven leadership, management and supervision skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated history of leadership
• Familiar with automotive dealership computer software
• Experience as automotive service manager is a must
• Understanding of quality customer service
• Bias for taking action to solve problems
• Great positive attitude
