Why Service Coordinators Choose Integrity Fleet Services

Great service doesn't happen by accident.

Behind every technician getting to the right job, every customer receiving an update, every estimate getting approved, and every invoice getting completed is someone making sure the details don't get dropped.

That's where you come in.

This isn't just an administrative position. You'll have a real voice, real responsibility, and a direct impact on your team's success, our customers' experience, and the growth of the company.

Our people fuel the engine behind everything we do. We're relentlessly passionate about helping our team grow while building a company you'll be proud to call home.

Family-Owned. Built on Integrity. Trusted by fleets across Texas, Louisiana, and beyond.

Our mission is simple: Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment safe, compliant, and operational—every asset, every mile, every time.

As a Service Coordinator, you'll be one of the key people connecting our customers, technicians, Service Manager, Parts, Accounting, Sales, and vendors.

Around here, you'll never be just another employee. You'll be part of a team that knows your name, values your ideas, and recognizes the difference you make.

ONE TEAM. ONE GOAL.

At Integrity Fleet Services, it's all for one and one for all.

We don't operate with a "that's not my job" mentality.

Service, Technicians, Parts, Accounting, Sales, and Management are all working toward the same goal. We help each other, communicate, solve problems together, and step in when the team needs us.

When one of us wins, we all win. When one of us fails, we all fail.  When one of us struggles, we all step up.

Being a team player isn't a bonus here.

It's an expectation.

We want people who jump in when someone needs help, communicate instead of pointing fingers, look for solutions instead of assigning blame, and understand how their actions affect the rest of the company.

There is no "their problem."

It's our problem—and we solve it together.

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...
  • Are a team player first
  • Have 2+ years of field service industry experience
  • Are highly organized and can keep track of a LOT of moving pieces
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Can prioritize work and keep technician schedules full and productive
  • Think ahead instead of waiting for someone to tell you what needs to happen next
  • Recognize opportunities instead of simply taking orders—you understand how to sell value
  • Want to learn everything Integrity Fleet Services offers so you can confidently explain it to customers
  • Know how to ask questions, listen to customers, and uncover additional needs
  • Build customer relationships instead of treating calls like transactions
  • Can create estimates, process Service Orders and invoices, resolve discrepancies, and follow through to completion
  • Have strong attention to detail and solid record-keeping skills
  • Can multitask without letting important details fall through the cracks
  • Are self-manageable and don't need someone standing over your shoulder to get things done
  • Can stay professional and focused when things get busy
  • Learn quickly and adapt when priorities change
  • Communicate effectively across multiple departments
  • Take ownership and hold yourself accountable for results
  • Believe that "that's not my job" isn't how great teams operate
  • Want to be part of a growing company where your work actually matters
Bonus Points:

FullBay Experience • Outlook • Teams • Fleet Service Experience • Truck/Trailer Industry Knowledge • Dispatch Experience • Service Writing/Estimating Experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This isn't a sit-back-and-wait-for-the-phone-to-ring kind of job.

You'll help drive the day for your customers and your technicians.

  • Keeping your technicians busy, productive, and moving — if your techs are slow, you're slow. Look ahead, follow up, and help find the next job before the board is empty.
  • Selling the service, not just taking the order — know what Integrity Fleet Services does, understand what the customer needs, and confidently explain how we can help.
  • Coordinating, prioritizing, and assigning shop and field service jobs
  • Creating estimates, following up on approvals, and keeping work moving
  • Keeping customers informed from the first call through completion
  • Asking questions and identifying additional repairs, maintenance, and fleet service opportunities
  • Following up on open estimates, deferred work, and existing customers to help generate additional work
  • Building relationships that turn one service call into a long-term customer
  • Working closely with technicians, Parts, Accounting, Sales, vendors, and management to solve problems and get the job done
  • Helping ensure Service Orders and documentation move accurately and quickly through invoicing
  • Resolving customer and service issues professionally and with urgency
  • Participating in the on-call dispatch rotation
  • Looking for ways to improve customer service, productivity, efficiency, and revenue
  • Jumping in when a teammate needs help because we win together
  • Wearing whatever hat is needed for the good of the customer, the team, and the company
THE BOTTOM LINE?

Take care of the customer. Sell the service. Keep your techs moving. Support your team. Own the outcome.

WE'RE BASICALLY THE ER FOR EQUIPMENT.

Trucks break down. Trailers don't check the clock before something fails. Customers have freight to move, drivers waiting, and equipment that needs to get back on the road.

Our industry isn't always 9–5—and we won't pretend that it is.

We believe strongly in structure, planning, and work-life balance, and we work hard to protect those things for our team.

But we're also in the business of keeping fleets moving. Occasionally, that means the team has to step up when a customer or teammate needs us.

We don't expect work to be your entire life. We do expect everyone to be willing to give a little when the situation calls for it—because that's what being part of a team means.

Some days the company gives a little more. Some days our people do.

That's how a great team works.
