Qualifications:
  • Fine dining restaurant management experience
  • Experience training and developing FOH staff, scheduling and inventory
  • Italian experience preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all front-of-house service operations
  • Develop and maintain high hospitality and guest experience standards
  • Train, coach, and mentor managers, servers, bartenders, and support staff
  • Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and operational consistency
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve service issues professionally
