Front Desk Representative

Riverside Park Surgery Center, is seeking a motivated Front Desk Representative to join our team. Riverside Park Surgery Center is a fast paced ASC environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.  

Front Desk Representative needed for busy, multispecialty ASC in SFV. United Surgical Partners International is a company that specializes in the development and operation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities in the U.S. and the UK. We provide first-class surgical services for local communities and recognize our employees as our number one assets.

The Front Desk Representative

  • Interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff
  • Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system
  •  Collect monies due and document in the billing system
  • Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls.

Required Skills
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
  • Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
  • Forty-five (45) wpm typing skills required.
  • Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
