The Role This is a general management position. You own field execution, people development, revenue performance, and customer experience for a team of 25+ and growing. You work alongside crews in the field. You coach people up or move them out. You look at the numbers every week and know whether you're winning or losing. The right person is a proven integrator. You take business systems and processes and make them more consistent, trainable, and reproducible. You build leaders from entry-level talent. You bring outside knowledge into the organization because standing still isn't in your nature. Moving industry experience is a plus but not required. We train the right candidate. Reports to: CEO Location: Portland, OR (NW Industrial District) - On-site, field work required Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000/year + benefits + performance bonuses What You Own Field Execution & Quality (30%) - Crew performance standards, daily spot inspections, safety and DOT compliance, fleet oversight, damage prevention. This is where the brand lives or dies. People Development & Accountability (25%) - Hiring, onboarding, training systems, performance management. You build a crew lead pipeline and develop leaders who carry the standard without you standing over them. Revenue & Customer Experience (20%) - Revenue outcomes and customer satisfaction. Operational excellence that turns first-time clients into raving fans and repeat customers. Systems & Org Development (15%) - Repeatable processes that scale without depending on any one person. Strategic input to the leadership team. Quarterly reporting on departmental progress. Culture Leadership (10%) - Set the example.
