- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently

- Handle phone inquiries and direct calls appropriately

- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns

- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized
