What You'll Do
  • Be the first point of contact for employees seeking technical support via phone, email, chat, and ServiceNow.
  • Resolve a wide variety of technology issues involving Windows devices, software applications, hardware, and user access.
  • Support Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other collaboration tools used across the organization.
  • Assist with password resets, account unlocks, user provisioning, and access-related requests through Active Directory.
  • Help users navigate an ongoing Microsoft 365 migration by providing setup assistance, troubleshooting, and training.
  • Investigate and resolve SAP-related issues, partnering with specialized teams when needed.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by translating technical information into clear, user-friendly guidance.
  • Accurately document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and updates within ServiceNow.
  • Escalate complex technical issues while maintaining ownership and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and continuous service improvements within the IT support team.
What We're Looking For

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
