Job Description

Service Desk contract - 6 months with high probability of extension

Onsite in Oshkosh, WI

Here are the shifts that we currently have open:

Long term opening (12+ months) M-F 7a-4p

2 short term openings (3+ months) M-F 6:30a-3:30p

The majority of the Service Desk teams currently sit in either Oshkosh, WI or Evansville, IN, so they would have both leadership and the community of a team in either location.

Our client is looking to add a Service Desk Technician to their Help Desk team. This will be a 12 month contract with the high possibility of extension/consideration for conversion. They are currently uses a managed service partner for most of their Service Desk Operations, and are bringing this back in house.

This role will be first level phone support for all end user issues over phone, email, and chat. They use the ServiceNow ticketing system. There is also an increase in tickets that are currently aligned to the O365 migration. Other common issues are requests for access, Microsoft issues, break/fix, SAP issues.

This is the perfect position for an entry-level candidate to gain real experience with a global company and add to their resume. They are also willing to look at candidates that have experience doing service desk analyst work in an enterprise environment. Experience with O365 and Active Directory would be ideal.

OUR STORY:

They currently has approximately 15 TEKsystems contractors on the ServiceDesk and has extended this team out for the last few years. They have grown the ticket and user base that this team is responsible for and are looking to provide a model to build out tiers and career paths across the their Infrastructure team customer service acumen
