Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise technology and digital initiatives. This role is responsible for driving Agile delivery, managing cross-functional teams, coordinating releases and deployments, mitigating risks, and ensuring predictable delivery outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong Agile leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills with hands-on experience removing delivery impediments and improving team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery & Execution
โ€ข Lead day-to-day Sprint Execution, Delivery Planning, and operational delivery activities.
โ€ข Partner with Product Managers to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and sprint planning alignment.
โ€ข Develop and manage roadmaps, delivery plans, schedules, and release timelines.
โ€ข Identify and resolve dependencies, delivery risks, and execution challenges.
โ€ข Remove organizational blockers and support teams through critical delivery issues.
โ€ข Coordinate Deployment Readiness, resource planning, and cross-team delivery efforts.
โ€ข Communicate delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders.
โ€ข Monitor and improve team velocity, predictability, and overall delivery performance.
โ€ข Support post-release validation, operational handoff, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Agile Operations & Process Improvement
โ€ข Champion Agile Methodologies and best practices across product and technology teams.
โ€ข Facilitate effective Scrum Ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
โ€ข Establish and improve delivery processes, governance standards, and release management practices.
โ€ข Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, root cause analysis, and lessons learned.
โ€ข Improve visibility into delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and team capacity.
โ€ข Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure reliable, repeatable deployments.
โ€ข Identify systemic delivery issues and implement scalable process improvements.
โ€ข Promote operational excellence while maintaining speed, quality, and security standards.
Required Qualifications
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology Management, or related field.
โ€ข 5+ years of experience in Agile Delivery, Product Delivery, Scrum Leadership, or related roles.
โ€ข Experience leading cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations.
โ€ข Strong background managing end-to-end sprint lifecycles and Agile delivery frameworks.
โ€ข Experience delivering complex initiatives within enterprise environments.
โ€ข Strong Project Management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
โ€ข Experience with Release Management, Deployment Coordination, and delivery governance.
โ€ข Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve delivery and operational issues.
โ€ข 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Technology, IT operations, or technology management.
โ€ข Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
โ€ข Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
