Job description

Customer Care Representative

Temp to Hire Pay: $18.00 per hour Regular Hours (after training): Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM In-Office, not remote

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Possess excellent punctuality and attendance, time-off requests should be submitted two weeks in advance
  • Manage 100 inbound calls daily in a timely manner while providing high quality service
  • Handle calls related to billing, leaks, usage, delinquencies, disconnects and more
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Responsible for handling and processing incoming calls and requests from customers
  • Takes, prepares, tracks and expedites customer orders and inquiries by phone and in person
  • Fills out necessary paperwork associated with each transaction
  • Generates reports as needed
  • Refers service failure complaints to designated departments for investigation
  • Inputs information regarding inspections and payments
  • Prepares basic correspondence with customers

Experience: Must have 2+ years of Call Center or Customer Service experience
