Automotive Service BDC & Customer Retention Specialist โ€“ $55Kโ€“$65K+
Compensation:
$55,000โ€“$65,000+ annual earning potential, structured as hourly base pay plus performance-based compensation tied to Parts & Service gross profit and dealership sales.
This is a full-time position focused on:
- Inbound and outbound service calls
- Service appointment scheduling
- Toyota and dealership service campaigns
- Customer retention and database follow-up
- Declined-service recovery
- Missed and canceled appointment recovery
- CRM follow-up and accountability
- Loaner vehicle coordination
- Generating incremental Parts & Service business
