Responsibilities
  • Oversee CRM databases for communication cycles with customers
  • Handle incoming Service Department calls on a daily basis with a proven pre-set script and schedule service appointments
  • Work in conjunction with the BDC, Service & Parts Managers, and Service Advisors to create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers.
  • Educate self on latest service and product offerings, including pricingย 
  • Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
  • Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leadsย 
  • Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Prepared to interact with customers via phone calls every day (similar to call center processes)
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
