Store Manager - Automotive
Location: Indio, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually
Relocation: No relocation assistance. Local candidates only.
Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy tire and automotive service location. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong customer service, sales, and team management skills who can drive store performance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficiency, safety, and profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and develop store employees to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving concerns and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Drive sales by promoting tires, automotive services, and related products.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, sales goals, and operational expenses.
  • Oversee inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and merchandising of products.
  • Coordinate workflow between sales staff and service technicians to maximize productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Handle scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and performance management of employees.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of retail or automotive management experience, preferably in a tire or automotive service environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving sales performance.
