Job Responsibilities

As a Server, you will:

  • Prepare the restaurant for service by completing all opening and pre-shift duties.
  • Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Present menus and confidently describe food, beverage, wine, beer, and cocktail selections.
  • Guide guests through the menu by making knowledgeable recommendations and suggestive sales.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders while confirming special requests and dietary needs.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and anticipate guest needs.
  • Respond professionally to guest questions or concerns and resolve issues with care and urgency.
  • Work closely with the culinary and bar teams to ensure efficient, seamless service.
  • Process guest payments accurately and present checks in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked dining area while following all health and safety standards.
  • Support fellow team members to ensure exceptional service during every shift.
