Edison House is a social club located in downtown Salt Lake City, offering a brand new 30,000 square foot clubhouse which includes two restaurant concepts, four bars, workout facility, private event space, concert venue, and rooftop pool.

Job Summary

What:We are seeking to build a team of creative, ambitious, self-starters who are looking to be a part of a one-of-a-kind project in Salt Lake. Making special moments for our members is the backbone of our culture and we empower each of our employees to go above and beyond.

Why:Member programming plays a central role in our mission of bringing people together and helping our members expand their horizons. The Server Assistant role will be to support the bartending teams so everyone may work towards that common goal.

How:Through a creative mind and boundless energy our server assistant/barback team will work as an intricate piece of our front of the house team to keep the operation moving along smoothly and keep our club house looking amazing.

To be successful as a Server Assistant/Barback you will need to be:

- Previous experience in an upscale or fine dining atmosphere preferred.

- Detail-oriented, making sure every guest experience is flawless and executed.

- Independent and resourceful.

- Strong work ethic.

Regular duties for the Server Assistant/Barback:

- Ability to work well on a team and receptive to feedback and coaching.

- Professional appearance / grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant.
