Server Assistant

We are looking for reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Server Assistants to join our front-of-house team. This position combines the responsibilities of a Busser and Food Runner and plays an important role in keeping service organized, efficient, and guest-focused.

The ideal candidate works with a sense of urgency, communicates well with the team, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist servers throughout service to ensure guests receive prompt and attentive service

  • Run food from the kitchen to the correct tables quickly and accurately

  • Confirm table numbers, seat positions, and food items before delivering orders

  • Clearly announce and present dishes when delivering food to guests

  • Bus and reset tables quickly between guests

  • Clear used plates, glassware, utensils, and other items throughout the meal

  • Keep tables clean and organized during service

  • Refill water and assist with basic guest needs when needed

  • Maintain clean and properly stocked server stations

  • Restock utensils, napkins, plates, glassware, and other service supplies

  • Assist with opening and closing side work

  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and other front-of-house areas

  • Communicate with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth service
