We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. This position is responsible for maintaining clean dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas while supporting the kitchen team during daily operations.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, able to work quickly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Wash and sanitize plates, bowls, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment

• Operate and maintain the commercial dishwasher properly

• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift

• Sort and return clean dishes and equipment to their proper storage areas

• Remove trash, recycling, and cardboard as needed

• Maintain clean trash and waste areas

• Sweep and mop kitchen and back-of-house floors

• Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment, walls, floors, and work areas

• Keep cleaning supplies properly stocked and organized

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures

• Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties

• Support the kitchen team with basic cleaning and prep tasks when needed

• Communicate with cooks, managers, and other team members to maintain smooth operations

• Complete additional cleaning duties as assigned by management

• Previous restaurant or dishwasher experience is preferred but not required

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to bend, lift, carry, and move restaurant equipment and supplies

• Comfortable working around heat, water, steam, and cleaning chemicals

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
