What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Server Assistant, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Server Assistant, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of food safety practices, typically supported by a high school diploma or equivalent. These skills ensure efficient service, smooth restaurant operations, and a positive dining experience for guests.
