Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and supportive group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to share experiences and learn from one another.
  • Individual Therapy Sessions: Conduct personalized counseling sessions, offering empathetic guidance and helping clients explore their thoughts and feelings while developing actionable coping strategies.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address each clientโ€™s specific needs, preferences, and goals for recovery.

Qualifications
