Your Role:

SolarWinds is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager of SEO to drive organic search performance across our Monitoring and Observability Business Unit, and the SolarWinds website as a whole. You will design and execute the broader SEO strategy and own the day-to-day delivery of technical, content, and link-building initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on SEO expert ready to step into people management and take on greater strategic ownership.

Your Impact:

Campaign Management & Optimization:

Own the execution of on-page, technical, LLM, and off-page SEO programs across your scope. Manage priorities, timelines, and quality of output across the team.

Develop and maintain keyword strategies and content briefs. Collaborate with content writers and editors to produce SEO-optimized assets that build topical authority.

Own the strategy for all languages and regions for the Monitoring and Observability business unit.

Performance Analysis:

Track and report on organic traffic, rankings, and conversions. Surface insights and recommendations to the Head of SEO and cross-functional stakeholders.

Strategy & Collaboration:

Work closely with content, product, and paid media teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns.

Funnel-Based Optimization:

Structure campaigns to target high-intent keywords for MOFU and BOFU stages while leveraging SEO-driven terms for TOFU audiences.

Work with CRO teams to test and improve UX experiences for users and crawlers.

Innovation & Growth:

Stay updated on search algorithm changes, trends, and emerging technologies to continually improve campaign efficiency and ROI.

Your Experience:

5+ years of SEO experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of SEO strategy creation and results.

Expertise in Ahrefs, SEMRush, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, and advanced analytics tools like Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics 4.

Strong understanding of funnel-based campaign structures and audience segmentation.

Skills:

The ability to distill complex data into actionable steps for improvement and performance tracking.

Data reporting and forecasting.

Familiarity working within headless CMS platforms.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
