As our SEO Manager - North America, you will own DAZN's organic search strategy across North America, driving subscriber growth through best-in-class SEO and AI Search. Reporting directly to the VP of Organic Media, you will be DAZN's go-to SEO expert in the region - shaping how millions of sports fans discover us through search engines, AI platforms, and beyond.

Working cross-functionally with our central team, you will optimize the customer acquisition cycle and ensure DAZN remains at the forefront of organic media, including search engines and emerging AI platforms.

Based in New York, you will join a fast-paced team where you'll have the independence and the authority to implement initiatives that move the needle on our USA business.

What you'll be doing:
  • Define and implement the organic search strategy & roadmap for DAZN.com portals in North America, ensuring presence in both traditional search engines and emerging AI search platforms.
  • Content SEO - Lead the content SEO strategy for DAZN North America, providing best-in-class recommendations to our editorial teams and supporting the content roadmap for DAZN News US.

  • Reporting & Analytics - Take ownership of internal SEO reporting, liaising with our central Analytics team to build dashboards and track performance against organic growth targets.
What you'll bring:
  • Proven SEO track record: solid experience delivering strong organic search results, either agency-side or in-house, with a strategic as well as hands-on approach.
  • Expertise across all areas of SEO, with a particular focus on content SEO and offsite/link building strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools including Google Search Console, Ahrefs, keyword ranking platforms (e.g. STAT, AWR), and Google Analytics / GA4.
  • Comfortable working in a CMS and familiar with the basics of how content is published and structured across large sites.
  • Experience with AI SEO (GEO - Generative Engine Optimisation) and how to optimise for emerging AI search platforms - this is a key new focus area for the team.
  • Confident communicator able to build strong relationships across Editorial, PR, and Product teams, with an appetite to challenge convention and champion organic search.
  • Mindset: curious, data-driven, and passionate about sport.
Even better if you have:
  • Experience with App Store Optimisation (ASO) and tools such as App Store Connect or Google Play Console.
  • Experience in a digital subscription business or streaming platform.
Please note: This role is US-based. You'll be based in our US office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Benefits include access to DAZN, up to 15 days of paid time off and 9 days of annual leave, health benefits (including dental & eye care) and a generous sick time package as well as short and long-term disability covering, parental leave offering, personal insurances, such as basic life term and personal accident and access to a 401(k) retirement plan. You'll also find a family friendly community, learning and development resources, opportunity for flexible working, and access to our internal speaker series and events.
At DAZN, we bring ambition to life. We are innovators, game-changers and pioneers. So if you want to push boundaries and make an impact, DAZN is the place to be.

As part of our team you'll have the opportunity to make your mark and the power to make change happen. We're doing things no-one has done before, giving fans and customers access to sport anytime, anywhere. We're using world-class technology to transform sports and revolutionise the industry and we're not going to stop.

If you're ambitious, inventive, passionate, brave and supportive, then you're the kind of person who's going to enjoy life at DAZN.

We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment, both inside and outside of our walls, that values equality and diversity and where everyone can contribute at the highest level and have their voices heard. For us, this means hiring and developing talent across all races, ethnicities, religions, age groups, sexual orientations and gender identities. If you'd like to include a cover letter with your application, please feel free to. Please do not feel you need to apply with a photo or disclose any other information that is not related to your professional experience.
