Job Description
You will work with the existing team members who are responsible for Windows Servers, MECM patching and SolarWinds.
Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring in multiple geographically separated environments.
  • Review and look to automate any current manual processes, create and maintain team technical instructions, operating procedures and policies as needed.
  • Plan and execute the automated implementation of new system hardware and software and create and maintain team technical instructions, operating procedures and policies as needed.

Qualifications
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Senior Level experience in process automation utilizing PowerShell
  • Senior Systems Engineer with an extensive background in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
  • Experience supporting MS Windows server 2016/2019, Microsoft SQL 2014/2017, Windows 10.
  • Five (5)+ years of technical experience in integration and support of server and desktop technologies including hardware, software, imaging and automation to include MECM Current Branch
  • Build/implement Operating System Deployments (OSD) task sequences and Software within MECM
  • Reporting services and Custom report building
  • Troubleshooting MECM Applications, packages, and client, and server components
  • Standardizing deployment of software applications, packages and patch deployment maintenance windows and methodologies
  • Proficient in Windows Operating Systems: Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012R2/2016/2019
  • Working knowledge of DoD STIGs, and IA Vulnerability Management (IAVM) OR comparable security implementation practices
  • Must be able to work with minimal oversight and possess abilities to communicate effectively through all levels within the organization working closely with project leads and other team members
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
  • Fundamental knowledge in networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP)
  • Bachelor's Degree at a minimum
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Comp TIA Sec+ Cert
  • CE Cert (within 6 months of starting)

Preferred:
  • Service Now (SNOW) workflows
  • Understanding of Data Center technologies and experience with maintaining a Data Center for a medium to large data center
  • Experience developing best practices for maintaining firmware and drivers required to sustain a high availability of systems
  • Ability to train junior team members
  • Experience developing and maintaining Technical Documentation and Instructions
  • Experience designing, documenting and writing project deliverable for enterprise implementations using Microsoft Office products such as MS Project and MS Visio
