The pay range is $98,000.00 - $176,000.00

  • Leverage insights,dataandquantitative/qualitativeresearchtoidentifyand pursue user-centric outcomes withinyour product space

  • Create design deliverables representative of the design process phase - such as journey maps, wireframes, user flows, UIdesignand prototypes

  • Hold design work to a high standard of craft, including accessibility, user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design

  • Contribute toa culture of human-centered practice within UX, product, and engineering teams

About you:

  • You'rean experienced product designer with 6+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products at scale, or equivalent experience

  • Strong product design skills, including structuring and planning work, owning the design process, and delivering high-quality experiences from concept through execution

  • Proficiencyin product design and prototyping tools (i.e., Figma)

  • Demonstrated strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills

  • You lean into complex problems, challenge the status quo, andseekto understand the 'why' behind human behavior and their mindsets

  • Proven ability to effectively use data and insights to set your direction and communicate your approach

This position willoperateas a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs.
